Policies

Payment Options
Payment is accepted by credit card or cash. Members may also pay by check. Payment is accepted online or at the event. No service fees or other hidden charges are added to online or credit card payments. A $25 returned check charge will apply. Players who abuse event-day payment will be required to pay in advance.

Refunds/Withdrawals
Players receive a full refund if withdrawal notification is received before the entry deadline. There is a $15 withdrawal fee for withdrawals within two days after entry deadline. Withdrawals after that will be charged a $50 withdrawal fee. No shows and event day withdrawals will be charged the full tournament entry fee. Optional game money will be refunded to players not starting a round.

The fees are necessary because after the entry deadline we've already committed to players and the golf course for your spot.

Once you have teed off in an event no tournament or optional game money will be refunded. Disqualification, injury, and quitting are all the same in our book.

For a multi-round event the optional game money will be refunded for rounds not started.

Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled before play has started the player will receive a complete refund or tour credit for the amount paid at the player's discretion. If time permits players will be notified by email and on the website about event cancellations.

Inclement Weather
Inclement weather is part of the game, and just because it is cold or raining doesn't mean you won't have to play. Your basic assumption should be if the course is open then we'll be playing. In the event course conditions do force an event cancellation, notification will be provided via email and on the website.

If case of event cancellation after play has begun, the tournament will consist of the maximum number of holes played by all players, minimum 9 holes. Optional games will be paid for holes played. Handicaps will be prorated for unplayed holes.

Payout
All prizes money will be paid by check at the conclusion of the event. All optional game money checks will be mailed to you within 3 days of the event.

Amateur Status
Amateurs are welcome but you must declare your intention before the start of the event. Amateurs winning prize money will receive a gift certificate of their choosing up to $750.

Optional games will be paid by check and will not endanger your status.

Skins, Deuces and Other Optional Games
There are several optional games for players in addition to the regular tournament. They may vary from event to event but could include:

  • Gross skins
  • Net skins
  • Net nassau
  • Closest-to-the-pin
  • Deuces
  • 2-Player Best Ball Blind Draw
  • Senior Net
  • Gross Day Money
  • Net Day Money

Player participation in each optional game will be posted at the event after all players have teed off.

When an event is flighted, the optional games entries are flighted as well. Payout is based on results within your flight.

Flighting
Fields with 40 or more players may be flighted.

Late Fees
It's important that players commit to play as early as possible. We must generally notify the golf course about a week in advance of the number of players. To that end, players registering after the entry deadline will be assessed a $10 fee.

Non-Members
Non-members fees are $25 per tournament and fees appy to membership, Non-members are eligible for all prizes excpect same day door prize drawings.

Membership Dues
Annual membership dues will be $100 and will be effective for one year from the time of payment.
