Pace of Play
It is critical for the tour's viability that players play without undue delay. Therefore, the following policy is in effect:
All play must be completed within 4:30 hours or within 15 minutes of the group ahead of you.
At start of play player scorecards will be stamped with starting time. At completion of play players must stamp scorecards in the scorer's area. If the difference between the two times is greater than 4:30 hours or 15 minutes from the previous group, the following penalties will apply to each player in the group:
- Between 4:30 and 4:45 or 15-30 minutes behind: 1 stroke penalty
- Between 4:45 and 5:00 or 30-45 minutes behind: 2 stroke penalty
- Greater than 5:15 minutes or more than 45 minutes behind: disqualification
Clocks will be placed throughout the course so that players are aware of their pace and can maintain their position.
Adjustments will be made for inclement weather and other course conditions. These penalties are mandatory unless exceptional conditions permit a waiver. Responsibility falls on the group to keep pace.
Players must stamp cards as soon as possible after completing round. If you go to the parking lot to put your clubs in your car you risk being penalized.
The Rules Committee has discretion to waive time penalties or impose additional ones at its discretion.
